A Little Extra...

   For a while I've been thinking about giving fans a little extra when they invest their hard earned cash on my books, not because I think the books aren't worth the money; but because I want to show my gratitude towards the readers. I talked about this with my partner in crime Alvaro Cortez Ortiz Jr (The Mighty Warlord) , so I started thinking of what I could do for the fans that wasn't just a cheap throwaway; and I found the perfect way to make these little giveaways extra special for the fans. 
   So, as I was getting ready for Plastic City Comic Con I decided to go ahead and put this idea in motion. Here's the deal, with every new comic book I put out I'll be putting out extra material that will be exclusively available when you buy that specific comic book  making these giveaways limited to the number of comics published. But there's one more detail, all these giveaways eventually become a top secret record full of information pertaining our characters. 

   For example, with issue #1 of Project: New Wave I put out an incident report for each member of the team from a military group called Lion Fang, detailing various incidents they've been involved with, damage done, powers, abilities; etc.  Each report gives some insight as to what this agency thinks about our young heroes and what they plan on doing about it. 

   Project: New Wave #2 will be released with new extra material exclusively for that issue, you won't be able to get these anywhere else; so make sure you save them. As each issue comes out all these giveaways will keep on piling up and eventually will become a full military record of our team, this record will allow you the opportunity to not only know the characters more in depth, but also understand what other entities think about them; as well as give you some insight as to how our heroes see themselves. 


​   In all seriousness, this will be your in depth character guide and I wanted to give this to the fans free of charge to show my gratitude. I wish I would've gotten this type of information for some of my favorite characters when I was first starting to collect comics, especially free of charge! So I decided to do it for my readers instead, I do hope you all enjoy these giveaways as much as I enjoy making them. I'd love to see pics of your Truthful Comics military records as more issues come out.
