Hey, everybody, hope all is well. Just a few announcements! As I have been teasing and dropping over the last few months, I will be doing a sequel to Exorcist's first solo adventure, "The Mysterious Exorcist: Goodnight, San Juan!" After going for a more down to earth, kind of noir feeling on the first, on the sequel, "The Mysterious Exorcist: Funeral", we introduce for the first time ever with this current Exorcist a villain that's part of his own rogues gallery rather than a villain from "Fred Peterson: The Mighty Warlord". The villain is only known by the name "Funeral". I have shown some concept designs before and as a teaser at the end of the first one shot, but here, this is the first key image of the first promo that'll come out soon. Exorcist's own little corner of the world is expanding with more characters that are part of his story, and let's just say she's a relatively key character to him. And speaking of the first one shot, there's some news about that, too. As with the overwhelming majority of Warlord art, most of the first Exorcist one shot was lost and/or damaged. I had announced that soon "Fred Peterson: The Mighty Warlord" will have a Truthful Comics Edition, redoing the art from scratch, coloring, lettering, everything. I'm proud to announce "The Mysterious Exorcist: Goodnight, San Juan!" Truthful Comics Edition. As with the planned printed edition of Warlord, this edition of Exorcist will be redrawn from scratch, in order to be able to have a better looking physical print of the book, since all I have are the low resolution images that were uploaded as the webcomic. It will sport a brand new cover and extras. It will be published on its own as will "Funeral" will be eventually too. Exorcist was the first Warlord character to get a spin-off (Clown: Rogue Assassin doesn't count because even though he had ties to Warlord characters and eventually appeared on Warlord, his mini-series was not part of the grander story of Warlord) and when it was being posted, the popularity almost rivaled Warlord's and he is one of the few characters from the cast that has received fan art, which is SO cool and humbling! All this while Exorcist was actually created before I ever created Warlord. But that's a story for another day! Especially since there's one last piece of Exorcist news. On the planned return of Truthful Comics Present, we will see a short featuring an Exorcist from the past! If you are not familiar with the character, the title of The Exorcist has been handed down from generation to generation. So throughout history there has been MULTIPLE Exorcists, and I cant wait to eventually tell their stories too. That's all the Exorcist news for now. He has a BIG role on Warlord still and he'll have another one-shot, a re-do, and a prequel short coming soon. I promise I'm going to bring my very best and my all into this, I hope you look forward to this, and thank you all so much for supporting Exorcist and the other TC projects, it means the world to us! -Alvaro "Lance Danger" Cortes Jr, EIC
