Who Are The Members That Form New Wave?

   Since Project: New Wave #1 came out we've been asked quite a bit about the background of each character, I guess the way we live nowadays is faster, people usually don't want to wait to get their information; so obviously they want to know who everything about the characters right away. Sometimes the publisher don't want to interfere with the creator's vision as to how he wants to give a story to the readers, but since Manuel gave us the green light to let you all know a little bit about each member of his super team New Wave; we decided to show you some recently declassified documents belonging to the Government Agency known as "Lion Fang".
